CCTV Camera Faults
Camera Not Showing Video?
Check the power supply (12V 2A) and BNC connectors. Ensure the cable is RG-59 or CAT6 pure
copper. If using a long distance, check for voltage drop.
Colour Issues
If the camera stays in Black & White during the day, check the IR sensor. If colors are
pink/green, the IR-Cut filter might be stuck.
Night Vision Poor
Ensure IR LEDs are working (can be seen with a mobile camera). Avoid placing cameras behind
glass to prevent reflection.
DVR / NVR Issues
DVR Beeping?
Usually indicates Hard Disk error, IP conflict, or Network disconnect. Check HDD status in
storage menu.
Mobile View Offline
Check "Platform Access" or "Cloud P2P" status. Must be "Online". If "Offline", check LAN cable
and internet router settings (DHCP enabled).
Forgot Password?
Use the "Forgot Password" link on the DVR login screen (requires reserved email) or contact us
for a reset service.
Electrical Faults
Breaker Tripping
Calculate the total load. If load exceeds breaker rating, upgrade the breaker and wire. Check
for short circuits in extension boards.
Low Voltage Protection
We recommend installing an Automatic Voltage Protector (AVP) to safeguard Fridge/AC/TV from
voltages below 170V or above 260V.
3-Phase Motor Issues
Ensure phase sequence is correct. Use a phase failure relay to protect motors from
single-phasing burnouts.
